Every product purchased from the mshop.am website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the moment of purchase, if the specified product is in factory condition and subject to resale, its product appearance, consumer properties, packaging, product labels, as well as the sold product are preserved. with the order receipt issued to the consumer.
In case of return or exchange of good quality product
In the case of a return or exchange of a product of proper quality, only the value of the product is taken into account, the delivery is considered as a separate service, for which payment is necessarily charged. In some cases, when the product you purchased has a warranty service period, the replacement and return are carried out at the warranty service point indicated on the warranty coupon.
After receiving the order, open it in the presence of the courier and check the conformity, the condition of the device. Make sure it has no damaged parts.
Mshop.am is not responsible for the problems that occurred after the departure of the sender, except in individual cases when the defect of the product is functional and was discovered during use. In this case, you can make a replacement or return within 14 days from the moment of delivery of the product.
In the event of a damaged product being returned, the order amount will be refunded in full, including shipping costs. In the event of an exchange, the replacement product is shipped free of charge.
The return of goods purchased through Haypost is carried out by the consumer's means, in the option of his choice.

If the dram compensation is made in the case of the return of goods of proper quality, the bank costs related to the payment will be deducted from the compensated amount, in addition to the current tariff of the product delivery: 1.
